Devin Bibeau - Director of Instruction

Devin now entering his 8th season at Stow Acres brings a lifelong passion for the game of golf. He has been teaching the game since he completed playing Division 1 collegiate golf at Temple University where he captained the Owls for three seasons. While a sophomore at Temple he captured the 2010 Massachusetts Public Links Championship by a record 6 shots. The following year as defending champion, Devin shot a final round 66 to just miss defending the championship. During his senior campaign at Temple, he finished fifth overall at the Atlantic 10 Championships in Florida.
Over the past 12 years, Devin has worked as an Assistant Professional and also a Head Golf Professional at two Massachusetts golf courses. During his tenure at these clubs he has taught golfers of all abilities. He enjoys working with all levels of amateur golfers and has taught professional mini-tour players as well as Junior Golfers that have gone on to receive D1 & D2 golf scholarships.
Devin takes pride in helping all of his students reach their full golfing potential. By teaching them to fully understand the fundamentals of the golf swing and how to take their swing to the course through preparation, his students are equipped to lower their scores and gain better enjoyment from their game. In addition to lessons Devin is also a Certified Callaway Golf Club Fitter.

Sean Duong - PGA Teaching Professional

Sean Duong, PGA a key addition in 2026 to the Teaching Professional Team at The Stow Acres Country Club Golf School. With a wealth of knowledge from 20 years of golf experience as an, Lead Assistant Golf Professional to Head Professional roles, and lead instructors in both private and public settings. Skilled in simplifying the golf swing by decreasing the noise that inhibits players to be better golfers. Becoming a better player is finding you and your breakthrough - As Sean did by capturing his f irst Professional win in 2022 New England PGA Stroke Play Series at Newport National. There is a way and Sean is here to help you find it on your golf journey. Whether it is an introduction to the game, a swing tune-up, tournament preparation, expanding types of shots you have in the bag, or a swing rebuild - Sean is excited to work with all abilities to get you comfortable or to the next level of your game. He is available for private and group instruction, including on-course work, trouble shots, club & golf ball fitting, and beyond. Welcome to Coolbreeze Golf by Sean!
Jeff Niejadlik - PGA Head Golf Professional
Jeff has 29 years experience in Golf Operations at both private and public facilities and is in his 3rd season with us. After graduating from the University of New Hampshire, he started his career in 1993 at Pease Golf Course in Portsmouth, NH. In 2001 he took his first Head Golf Professional position at Townsend Ridge Country Club in Townsend, MA. At the end of 2002, he was promoted and became the first Head Golf Professional at Charter Oak Country Club in Hudson, MA
Jeff is an integral part of overseeing and managing Golf Operations and will be available for Private and Group Instruction as well as custom club fitting as he is a certified Titleist Club Fitter.
