Two Day Golf School

OVERVIEW

Our Two Day Golf School topics include lessons and presentations on: putting, chipping, pitching, bunker & irons play, fairway woods, driving, and creating a detailed practice plan. This program is designed for anyone interested in becoming a better golfer and tailored to benefit any player, from first timers to competitive golfers. Our programs are taught by one of our PGA Class A Professionals and the maximum student to instructor ratio is 4-to-1 (plus an Apprentice).

Lessons will take place on the practice greens, the lesson tee, the “Hawk” Short Game facility, and on the golf course (when available). Sessions include roughly 10-hours of instruction with a half-an-hour lunch break with your instructor each day.

MATERIALS NEEDED

  1. Bring your full set of clubs (rental clubs can be provided for a small fee).

  2. Proper golf attire is preferred.

SAMPLE SCHEDULE

Day 1
  • 8:30-9:00: Students are invited to have breakfast at the Champion’s Grille.
  • 9:00-9:30: Students will meet in the Golf School building for an introduction.
  • 9:35-10:00: Putting Instruction.
  • 10:05-11:00: Chipping Instruction.
  • 11:05-12:00: Pitching iInstruction.
  • 12:00-12:30: Lunch at the Champion’s Grille with your instructor.
  • 12:35-1:30: Full Swing Irons Instruction..
  • 1:30-2:30: On Course Instruction (subject to availability).
Day 2
  • 8:30-9:00: Students are invited to have breakfast at the Champion’s Grille.
  • 9:00-9:30: Awkward Distance Wedges Instruction.
  • 10:05-11:00: Fairway Woods Instruction.
  • 11:05-12:00: Driving Instruction.
  • 12:00-12:30: Lunch at the Champion’s Grille with your instructor.
  • 12:35-1:00: Bunker Play Instruction.
  • 1:05-1:35: Video Review (with a detailed practice plan).
  • 1:40- 2:30: On-Course Instruction.
*Tee times between 2:30 and 3:30 can be made in advance on most days for students to put their new skills to the test on the course immediately after the school.
